My 8 week fitness and weight loss challenge via my local gym!!!!

Currently have signed up with my local gym “an 8 week challenge” that requires motivation, determination and focus on anyone’s as well as myself health and fitness journey. The service that the gym is offering are:

a) Workout sessions
b) 2 x Personal Training Sessions
c) Workout classes that you can book online.
d) Nutrition Consultation
e) Advice that you may want ask the professionals

I’m purely doing this challenge as a weight loss which hopefully I can lose a few KG’S as well as keeping me accountable, responsible, change things up, etc. So in thee next coming weeks I will be documenting what I’ve been eating, how I’m feeling, whether I’m hungry or full, what has changed or not changed.

Once you have signed to the challenge it sends you a few emails but ONE does stuck like anything because that email provides you with alot of information such as login details, what you are going to expect etc.

So when you log into the portal you will enter the website and they will give you the low down on workouts, nutrition and advice as well as a guide. Now the guide does give you information and tips that you can expect as follows:

PRE-CHALLENGE CHECKLIST

b) Book your appointments:
- Book your appointment with a personal trainer or gym consultant to assist you with the following:
i) Goal settings
